SAILING HOME. The first batch of 22 Filipino fishermen, rescued by the Vietnamese in the waters off Recto Bank (Reed Bank), abandoned after their fishing vessel F/B Gemver (inset, showing the destroyed fantail) was hit by an alleged Chinese vessel on the night of June 9.
