In the first six months of this year, Cambodia’s exports to China reached $814.829 million, a 14.2% increase, while imports from China amounted to $6.4 billion, up 19.4%. China remains Cambodia’s top trading partner, followed by the United States, Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan. The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) and the Cambodia-China Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA) have significantly contributed to this trade growth, providing preferential tariffs for Cambodian agricultural products like rice, yellow bananas, mangoes, cassava, and pepper.
