Chess Blitz 2023 | Brunei Chess Federation (BCF) crowned Aiden Syahmi bin Zambri champion

The Brunei Chess Federation (BCF) crowned several youngsters as chess blitz champions in a tournament on Sunday.

The BCF Chess Blitz 2023 saw Aiden Syahmi bin Zambri from Stella’s School take first place in the U12 category.

Second place went to Nur Ainul Mardhiah binti Redzuan from Seri Mulia Sarjana School and Muhammad Irfan Aqil bin Shahfaizal from Ma’had Islam Brunei was placed third.

Meanwhile Khaizuran bin Rezuan from Belait Arabic School won the U16 category. Awangku Ayyub from Pengiran Anak Puteri Hajah Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Secondary School placed second, while Muhammad Ekmal Safwan from Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam Secondary School was third
