Roadshow promotes ASEAN-ness among students

The Information Department, under the Prime Minister’s Office through its International Affairs Unit as the Secretariat for the Sub-Committee on Information (SCI) of the ASEAN Committee on Culture and Information (ASEAN-COCI) held the Get to Know ASEAN roadshow to 213 Years 7, 8, and 9 students of St Margaret’s School in Seria recently.
The programme was organised as part of the agency’s efforts to promote ‘ASEAN-ness’ among students.
Quizzes on ASEAN were also conducted to test students on their knowledge of ASEAN and their role in developing its member countries.
The roadshow also saw the promotion of the We ASEAN mobile app, containing information about ASEAN member states, the ASEAN calendar, videos and galleries.
