CAMBODIA: Investors protest as court confirms that Brilliant City tycoon under investigation in multi-million dollar criminal case
A spokesman for the Siem Reap Provincial Court says that the court is working on four criminal cases and four civil cases against troubled businesswoman Leng Channa, the owner of Brilliant City World Co., Ltd.
A statement from the spokesperson of the Siem Reap Provincial Court states that on February 23, 2024, people claiming to be victims of fraud of Leng Channa, the owner of Brilliant City World Co., Ltd., protested in front of the Siem Reap Provincial Court and the Siem Reap Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, asking for the court and the Siem Reap Provincial Prosecutor to issue an order.

But from Jan 4, normal life has been on hold for him, as he suffered through Covid-19, myocarditis – inflammation of the heart muscle – and a stroke that weakened his left side.
