COLD SPELL

A strong cold spell hit Sa Pa Town in the northern mountainous province of Lào Cai on Wednesday night. At 7am yesterday the lowest temperature in Sa Pa Town was 1.9 degrees Celsius, which was lower than that of Wednesday by 0.9 degrees.
