MANILA, Philippines — The notorious Abu Sayyaf sub-commander Anduljihad “Idang” Susukan was turned over to the police with the help of Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) chairman Nur Misuari, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Archie Gamboa said Thursday.
