Abena Appiah of the United States of America was crowned Miss Grand International 2020 on Saturday, March 27.
Abena succeeds Venezuela’s Valentina Figuera. She is the 7th queen to hold the title since the pageant was launched in 2013.
The Philippines’ Samantha Bernardo was named first runner-up.

- Third runner-up: Aurra Kharishma, Indonesia
- Fourth runner-up: Lala Guedes, Brazil
