Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, will attend the 2nd ASEAN Future Forum (2nd AFF) in Hanoi on February 25 to 26 at the invitation of his Vietnamese counterpart, Bui Thanh Son.
