Honey Cho, a 37-year-old Yangon native who will represent Myanmar in the Mrs. Universe 2019 beauty pageant in China, was introduced to the media at the CBC Ballroom of Sayar San Plaza in Yangon at 7 pm on October 17.
Cho told reporters that the competition would be her biggest yet, as beauties from more than 90 countries will take part in the pageant. “I’ve prepared for the talent segment of the competition well. For the national costume segment, I will wear an outfit named Queen Pantra,” she said.

Cho, who is also a law graduate and winner of the Classic Mrs. Myanmar and Mrs. Global 20-18 pageants, added that she is confident of winning “at least one award.”

The mother-of-three has also taken part in other beauty pageants, including Mrs. Tourism Queen International Myanmar 2018. She is currently the president of Miss Golden Land Myanmar Organisation.
The Mrs. Universe 2019 pageant will be held in China from December 22, 2019 to January 1, 2020.
