“Reception of the series has been largely positive, and it had the highest rated season premiere for HBO originals. It even rated higher than that of Game of Thrones’,” the program host said and added, “We are lucky enough to see the first episode four days ahead of our US counterparts.”

In its second season, the show delves deeper into the uprising of the robots that have now become sentient entities. After the chaos toward the end of Season 1, the fate of the entire Westworld was left uncertain.

It picks up from the commotion of the ending of the first season when runners of the amusement park were killed and the robots now have free reign over the park.

The first episode features the debut performance of Fares Fares as series regular and the return of Ed Harris reprising his sinister role.
