Bela Padilla announced today, March 18, that her crowdfunding effort for street vendors has raised P3.3 million.

The actress announced on Twitter last night that her target of P1 million had been reached. This morning, she shared that a donation of P2.2 million had come in, bringing the total donations to P3.3 million.

Padilla opened a GoGetFunding page on Monday, March 16, after expressing concern for the welfare of street vendors—such as those who sell taho, banana cue and the like—whose income would be hit by the community quarantine in Metro Manila.
