MANILA, Philippines — Tiniyak ni AFP Chief of Staff Gen. Carlito Galvez na mananatiling tapat sa liderato ni Pangulong Duterte ang 125,000 malakas na puwersa ng Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Ito’y sa gitna na rin ng kumalat na balita sa Facebook post mula umano sa mga sundalo ng “Southern Command” na dismayado sa pamamalakad ni Pangulong Duterte na umano’y kakalas na ng suporta.
“Its fake, its fake because there is no SouthCom that exist and at the same time the current conditions or the morale of the Filipino soldiers is much different,” ani Galvez sa mediamen.
Sinabi ni Galvez na walang dahilan para kumalas sila ng suporta sa Commander-in-Chief dahil kinakalinga nito at pinagmamalasakitan ang kapakanan ng mga sundalo, una na rito ang mataas na umento sa suweldo.
“The President has a good relationship with soldiers, especially those who are wounded and staying in hospitals. He (even) stayed for 10 minutes talking with the soldiers. He also gives benefits to our soldiers,” ani Galvez.
